I went to Joint Effort because of lower back problems. I found the staff, led by Rob Jordan, to be courteous, helpful and professional. Gretchen Cellers has helped me tremendously. Gretchen has helped me regain the ability to walk further than I have been able to in years. She has also worked to help me with my hip problems. I have been taking periodic cortisone shots in my hips for many years. I was able to skip the last set of shots I was scheduled to take, largely due to Gretchen's diligence and expertise. I really feel that, if you need therapy, you can do no better than Joint Effort.

I am very active and kept re-injuring my shoulder and upper back and knew I had to do something more than basic therapy to get back to normal. My doctor told me about his own injury and how he went to Joint Therapy which used dry needling to treat him. He assured me dry needling would work better than anything else. I agree with him! I vaguely felt some of the needles but it never hurt. My back is so much better and we are on the way to getting it fixed. YES! Give it a try and you will love the results.

Rob, Gretchen and their team at Joint Effort Physical Therapy are amazing! They truly care about their patients and are very knowledgeable in their profession. They have helped me so much during the past few years and most recently with vertigo. I called to cancel an appointment because I woke up with my head spinning with vertigo. Rob informed me he could help with it if I could come in and I’m so glad I did! He had a treatment that gave me close to 100% improvement. They are constantly sanitizing, disinfecting and cleaning. I highly recommend Joint Effort Physical Therapy!
