Everyone here is so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help me achieve my goals. I had a few complications along the way and they listened to me and helped me resolve the problems. When my own surgical team wouldn't listen, Joint Effort did and they gave me information to share with my doctor, which got their attention. After that I received the help I needed. PT can be difficult and painful, but this group is so caring, and showed great compassion. They found ways to help me with less pain and still achieve my goals. They also taught me how to be able to help myself. I can not thank them enough. I've been other places, and I'm telling you, Joint Effort is the best by far. No comparison. I absolutely love this place and feel so blessed that I found them. Shelia C

I have not ran a 5k in over 5 years well ran more than a mile due to severe pain in my right hip/leg. Today I ran a 5k! Thank you!! I had gone to multiple providers previously and just thought I had to deal with it. My trainer Richard Webb encouraged me to come to Joint Effort. He knew exactly what was wrong and after 2 visits my pain was gone. He had to adjust my SI joint a couple more times but now I’m set! I am so happy I can run again. Just have to get my time down but that’s on me. Definitely recommend Joint Effort!!!
